My first week back to work was wonderful.  Needless to say, I missed Ariana like crazy but I know she's in good care, and it will do her some good being away from Mommy from time to time.  My MIL has her on Thursday mornings until Ryan wakes up, then he has her the rest of the day until I come home.  Ryan also has her all day on Fridays.  Then my parents have her on the weekends.  I hope the babysitting arrangements will not change once Ryan starts with CPD.  I really want to work but if his schedule changes, I don't know what I'd do.
